Short Description:

PromaCare-GSH is a tripeptide consisting of cysteine, glycine, and glutamate and functions as a major antioxidant. It is synthesized endogenously in humans. PromaCare-GSH protects thiol protein groups from oxidation and is involved in cellular detoxification for maintenance of the cell environment. Can effectively delay cell senescence, fasten cell regeneration, meanwhile it can prevent skin patch by inhibiting the activity of tyrosinase and the generation of melanin.

Application

PromaCare-GSH is a tripeptide consisting of cysteine, glycine, and glutamate and functions as a major antioxidant. It is synthesized endogenously in humans. PromaCare-GSH protects thiol protein groups from oxidation and is involved in cellular detoxification for maintenance of the cell environment. Reduced PromaCare-GSH has a skin-whitening effect in humans through its tyrosinase inhibitory activity.

The sulfhydryl group (- SH) of glutathione can be oxidized into -S-S-bond, thus forming cross-linked disulfide bond in protein molecule. The-S-S-bond can be easily reduced and converted into sulfhydryl group, which shows the reversibility of sulfhydryl bond oxidation and reduction. This property has a significant impact on many enzymes of organism, especially some enzymes related to protein transformation. The reduced glutathione can reduce one -S-S-bond in enzyme to SH group, which can restore or improve the activity of E. Glutathione has broad-spectrum antioxidant capacity and can be used in anti-aging skin care; It can whiten skin, inhibit skin vein browning, and effectively regulate skin and moisturize skin; The sulfhydryl group of glutathione can form a cross-linked bond with the sulfhydryl group of cysteine in hair.
