Application
1. Synthesis Mechanism: SHINE+ Hwhite M-BS is a eutectic formed by supramolecular interaction of betaine and salicylic acid. Through hydrogen bond, van der Waals force and other weak interaction forces, the two of betaine and salicylic acid can spontaneously polymerize, identify and form a stable structure. The synthesis process is supramolecular modification of salicylic acid and betaine under the condition of high temperature, protected by inert gas. When it is reduced to room temperature, the product is recrystallized after solidification to obtain high purity SHINE+ Hwhite M-BS.
2. Applicable Scenarios:SHINE+ Hwhite M-BS is prepared by betaine and salicylic acid, while retaining the efficacy of betaine and salicylic acid. It has the moisturizing, anti allergic, and irritating effects of betaine, as well as the antibacterial activity, anti-inflammatory, acne removing, and exfoliating effects of salicylic acid. The addition of betaine salicylic acid emulsion, cream and other leave-on cosmetics as well as facial cleanser, shampoo, body wash and other rinse-off cosmetics have a better effect.
3. Advantages in Efficacy:Soothing, Anti-acne, Anti-oxidation, Antibacterial activity.
Tips:
Solubility Enhancement: SHINE+ Hwhite M-BS has poor water solubility at room temperature but can be dissolved to transparency with brief heating and alkali neutralization (pH 5.0-6.5). The addition of polyols can further aid in dissolution.
Formulation Tip: When adding SHINE+ Hwhite M-BS to a formula containing surfactants, it can be added directly without neutralization. If using a salt thickening system, add SHINE+ Hwhite M-BS first, then add salt to adjust consistency.
