Sunsafe-Fusion B1 / Diethylamino Hydroxybenzoyl Hexyl Benzoate; Ethylhexyl Triazone; Bis-Ethylhexyloxyphenol Methoxyphenyl Triazine

Short Description:

Sunsafe-Fusion B series utilizes a unique encapsulation technology to wrap chemical UV-fliters while maintaining the same sun protection factor (SPF). This series features a distinctive solubility that is particularly suitable for manufacturing stable, soft-textured sunscreens, making them easier to apply without being absorbed by the skin. Consequently, they stay on the skin longer, providing safer and more comfortable, long-lasting comprehensive UV protection.

Sunsafe-Fusion B1 incorporates three globally recognized UV absorbers: DHHB, EHT, and BMTZ, aligning with the global trend toward ocean-friendly development. It simplifies the formulation process and can be used in pure water, O/W, and W/O systems, facilitating subsequent production.

Application

A new type of sunscreen designed to protect the skin from UV radiation by encapsulating organic sunscreen chemicals in sol-gel silica by microencapsulation technology, which exhibits excellent stability under a wide range of environmental conditions.
Advantages:
Reduced skin absorption and sensitisation potential: the encapsulation technology allows the sunscreen to remain on the surface of the skin, reducing skin absorption.
Hydrophobic UV filters in the aqueous phase: hydrophobic sunscreens can be introduced into aqueous-phase formulations to improve the experience of use.
Improved photostability: Improves the photostability of the overall formulation by physically separating the different UV filters.
Applications:
Suitable for a wide range of cosmetic formulations.
